经皮椎体成形术用于骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折的临床治疗效果研究

Clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

目的探讨经皮椎体成形术用于骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折(OVCF)的临床治疗效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年7月本院收治的100例OVCF患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(n=50)与研究组(n=50)。对照组采用保守治疗,研究组采用经皮椎体成形术治疗。比较两组伤椎影像学指标、治疗前后VAS评分、ODI评分以及治疗后并发症发生率。结果研究组伤椎前缘高度、伤椎后缘高度、伤椎中线高度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),后凸角显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后VAS评分、ODI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者,临床疗效更佳,并发症发生率更低,可显著缓解患者疼痛,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods 100 patients with OVCF admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into the control group(n=50)and the study group(n=50)according to different treatment methods.The control group received conservative treatment,and the study group received percutaneous vertebroplasty.The imaging indexes of the injured vertebrae,the VAS score before and after treatment,the ODI score and the incidence of complications after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The height of the anterior edge of the injured vertebra,the height of the posterior edge of the injured vertebra,and the height of the midline of the injured vertebra were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the kyphosis angle was significantly smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS and ODI scores of the study group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty for the treatment of osteoporotic spinal fracture has better clinical effect and lower incidence of complications.which can significantly relieve patients'pain and is worthy of clinical promotion and is worthy of clinical application.
