百令胶囊联合优甲乐治疗自身免疫性甲状腺炎的疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of Bailing capsule combined with Youjiale in treating autoimmune thyroiditis

目的探究百令胶囊联合优甲乐治疗自身免疫性甲状腺炎的疗效。方法选取2016年4月至2017年4月在本院接受治疗的94例自身免疫性甲状腺炎患者,按照入院就诊顺序分为对照组(n=47)与观察组(n=47)。对照组采用优甲乐治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合百令胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后激素水平、T淋巴细胞亚群。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.74%)显著高于对照组(82.98%)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者甲状腺激素水平、T淋巴细胞亚群比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,观察组TSH水平、CD8+均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组FT3、FT4水平、CD4+均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用百令胶囊联合优甲乐治疗自身免疫性甲状腺炎,可明显提高治疗效果,改善甲状腺激素水平及T淋巴细胞亚群。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of Bailing capsule combined with Youjiale in treating autoimmune thyroiditis.Methods 94 patients with autoimmune thyroiditis who were treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected and divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=47)according to the order of admission.The treatment group was treated with Youjiale,and the observation group was combined with Bailing capsule on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,hormone levels and T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was 95.74%,which was significantly higher than 82.98%in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in thyroid hormone levels and T lymphocyte subsets between the two groups.After treatment,the levels of TSH and CD8+in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of FT3,FT4 and CD4+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of autoimmune thyroiditis with Bailing capsule and Youjiale can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,improve thyroid hormone levels and T lymphocyte subsets.
