摘要
从多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pasteurella multocida,Pm)引起的疾病及其毒力因子、脂多糖的共同特性、多糖内核的分类、多糖外核的分类、在灭活的疫苗和减毒活疫苗中的作用等方面,综述了国内外对多杀性巴氏杆菌的研究进展,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。
From the diseases caused by Pasteurella multocida(Pm)and its virulence factors,the common characteristics of lipopolysaccharide,the classification of polysaccharide inner core,the classification of polysaccharide outer core,the role in inactivated vaccines and live attenuated vaccines,etc.,and the research progress of Pasteurella multocida at home and abroad is reviewed,and the future research direction is prospected.
