摘要
第一周期的国培以“输血式”培训为主,新一周期的国培管理重心下移,项目县成为除培训院校(机构)之外的国培实施主体。在这种新模式下,培训如何从“输血式”向“造血式”转变?北京大学提出了国培项目县“造血式”培训的实现路径:找准项目县真实需求—发挥行政部门领导力—促进种子教师锐变—带动一线教师成长—提炼优秀培训经验,并阐述北京大学国培工作坊项目在清徐县的具体实施过程,案例的成功实施验证了“造血式”培训路径的可行性,同时也丰富了教师培训的理论与实践成果。
The first cycle of“National Training Plan”focuses on“blood transfusion”training,In the new cycle,the focus of“National Training Plan”management is shifted down,The project county becomes the main body of“National Training Plan”except for training institutions.Under this new mode,how can training change from“blood transfusion”to“hematopoiesis”?Peking University put forward the realization path of“hematopoiesis”training in the project counties:finding out the real needs of the project counties,giving full play to the leadership of the administrative departments,promoting the sharp change of seed teachers,driving the growth of front-line teachers,refining excellent training experience,and elaborated the specific implementation process of the project in Qingxu County.The successful implementation of the case verifies the feasibility of the“hematopoietic”training path,and enriches the theoretical and practical results of teacher training.
