立德树人视角下高校实践育人的内涵解读与路径探析

The Connotation Interpretation and Path Analysis of Practical Education in Colleges and Universities From the Perspective of Moral Education

高校立身之本在于立德树人,而实践育人是立德树人的重要环节。本文从哲学观、教学观、人才观三个方面对高校实践育人内涵的基本逻辑进行梳理解读。明确新时代加强高校实践育人工作的重要性,有利于促进学生个人成长、回归高等教育本质、加快推进教育现代化。要打通高校实践育人“最后一公里”,实施高校教师实践育人能力建设工程,强化高校师生实践的良性互动,坚持理论教育与实践养成统筹推进,进而促进大学生全面发展,落实好立德树人的根本任务。

The foundation of a university is to cultivate people by virtue,and practical education is an important part of cultivating people by virtue.This paper analyzes the basic logic of the connotation of practical education in colleges and universities from three aspects:philosophy,teaching and talents.It is necessary to make clear the importance of strengthening the practical education in colleges and universities in the new era.It is conducive to promoting the personal growth of students,returning to the essence of higher education,and accelerating the modernization of education.We need to get through the“last mile”of practical education in colleges and universities,carry out the capacity building project of practical education for college teachers,strengthen the positive practice interaction between teachers and students in colleges and universities,adhere to the overall promotion of theoretical education and practical cultivation,so as to promote the overall development of college students,and implement the fundamental task of moral education.
