清末师范教育发端背景及其思想内涵

The starting background and ideological connotation of normal education in the late Qing Dynasty

摘要 近代中国师范教育发端于1897年的南洋公学师范院。师范教育肇始于此时的原因:一方面是洋务运动以来新式教育快速发展对大批合格师资的客观需求,另一方面是教育救国思潮驱动、西学东渐与中体西用的牵引。我国师范教育办学实践活动能于清末得以开启,得益于晚清教育思想家的极力呼吁与倡导,其中影响最大、表现最为突出的是张之洞与梁启超。这两位教育家分别在洋务运动与维新变法时期站在教育救国的角度去大声疾呼应兴办师范教育,培育中国师资,促进教育发展,从而实现富国强兵的目的。 Modern Chinese normal education originated from Nanyang public school normal school in 1897.The reasons why normal education started at this time are:On the one hand,the objective needs of a large number of qualified teachers for the rapid development of new education since the Westernization Movement,On the other hand,it is driven by the trend of thought of saving the nation through education,the introduction of Western learning to the East and the traction of Chinese culture and Western application.The practice of normal education in China can be opened at the end of Qing Dynasty,which benefits from the strong appeal and advocacy of Educational Thinkers in the late Qing Dynasty.Among them,Zhang Zhidong and Liang Qichao are the most influential and outstanding.In the period of Westernization Movement and reform,the two educationalists stood in the perspective of saving the nation by education and cried out for the establishment of normal education,the cultivation of Chinese teachers,the promotion of education development,so as to achieve the goal of enriching the country and strengthening the army.
