摘要
随着铁矿石资源匮乏,其组成日益复杂,可选性变差,目前选厂焙烧磁选工艺流程存在的问题也逐渐凸显:一是脉石矿物因含铁,焙烧后磁性增强,磁性夹杂严重;二是高钙焙烧矿的大量投入对指标的影响较大,生产分析缺乏理论依据。通过试验研究分析高钙焙烧矿对选别系统的影响因素,并通过统计方法建立指标间的对应关系,为生产控制及管理提供依据具有实际意义。
Along with iron ore resources,the increasingly complex,optional sex,current problems in mill plant roasting magnetic separation process flow also gradually highlights:one is for the gangue minerals containing iron,enhanced after roasting magnetic,magnetic inclusions is serious;2 it is of high calcium roasting ore into bigger influence on the index,lack of theoretical basis of analysis in production.Through the experimental study on the analysis of high calcium roasting ore on the influence factors of the classification system,and through statistical method to establish the corresponding relationship between indicators,provide the basis for production control and management has practical significance.
