青海青稞制品发展现状与展望

The Development Progress and Prospect of Barley Products in Qinghai

青稞是藏区的主要经济作物,因其具有营养成分齐全、功能多样等特性,在粮食制品、饮料、保健品、酒产业等多个领域都具有开发价值,但现阶段青稞加工产业仍然存在产品单一、没有创新性、知名度不高、加工技术落后等问题。本文通过对青稞制品加工现状的分析,并针对上述问题提出相应的解决方法,为青稞的发展和利用提供一定的参考。

Barley is the main cash crop in Tibetan areas,and it is applied in many fields such as food products,beverages,health products,and wine industries because of its complete nutrients and various functions and other features.However,there are still some problems in the present stage of barley processing industry,including simplification,no creativity,not well-known in the country,backward processing technology for barley products.This paper analyzes the processing progress of barley products in details,and proposes corresponding solutions to the above-mentioned problems,so as to provide a certain reference for the development and utilization of barley.
