摘要
随着社会不断发展进步,人们对于食品质量的要求也在不断提高,而食品安全作为直接影响人们生活质量的要素,受到了人们的普遍关注。基于此,本文分析了目前我国食品检测实验室质量控制与管理中存在的问题,并提出了加强食品检测实验室质量控制与管理的措施。
With the continuous development and progress of society,people’s requirements for the quality of diet are constantly improving,and food safety,as a factor that directly affects people’s quality of life,has been widely concerned by people.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality control and management of food testing laboratories in China,and puts forward the measures to strengthen the quality control and management of food testing laboratory.
