食品生产企业质量安全提升建议

Suggestions on Improving Quality and Safety of Food Production Interprises

摘要 食品安全问题是关乎企业发展的重要问题,也是国家以及社会各阶层普遍关注的民生问题。本文从食品安全现状出发,结合监管部门抽检结果,和日益增加的政府购买二方审核服务检查情况,提出3点提升食品生产企业质量安全提升的建议,即购买二方审核服务进行生产许可及日常监管,加强抽检力度,增加对食品生产企业相关人员的培训,以此提升食品生产企业质量安全。 Food safety is not only the development problem that the production enterprises pay attention to,but also the people’s livelihood problem which the country and the society all strata generally pay attention to.Starting from the current situation of food safety,combined with the results of sampling inspection by the supervision department and the increasing situation of government purchasing two-party audit services,this paper puts forward three suggestions for improving the quality and safety of food production enterprises,including purchasing two-party audit services for production license and daily supervision,strengthening the intensity of sampling inspection,and increasing the training for relevant personnel of food production enterprises,so as to improve the quality and safety of food production Enterprises.
