随着人们生活水平的逐步提升,食品种类以及类型不断变化,食品安全问题成为人们关注的焦点。食品检验标准是评判食品检验结果、保障食品安全的主要依据,但有些食品检验标准存在部分缺陷和不足,进而对食品检验最终结果的有效应用产生了不良影响。本文阐述了完善食品检验标准的重要意义,分析了食品安全标准在安全检验中存在的问题,提出了优化和完善食品安全标准的有效路径。

With the gradual improvement of people’s living standards,food types and types are constantly changing,food safety has become the focus of attention.Food inspection standards are the main basis for judging food inspection results and ensuring food safety.However,some food inspection standards have some defects and deficiencies,which have a negative impact on the effective application of the final results of food inspection.This paper expounds the importance of improving food inspection standards,analyzes the existing problems of food safety standards in safety inspection,and puts forward the effective path to optimize and improve food safety standards.
