昆明市某区市售蔬菜中砷、汞含量的测定及污染评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的:调查昆明市某区主要农贸市场17种常见蔬菜中砷、汞的污染状况。方法:通过随机抽样选取此区2个大型农贸市场的17种34份蔬菜样品,采用双道原子荧光光度法测定蔬菜样品中砷、汞的含量,按GB 2762-2012《食品中污染物限量》统计超标情况,采用单因子污染指数和内梅罗综合污染指数评价蔬菜中重金属污染程度。结果:A市场砷的检出率为100%,但含量未超标,所有样品均未检测出汞。B市场砷的检出率为41.2%,汞的检出率为47.1%,但含量均未超标。结论:昆明市某区部分市售蔬菜中砷、汞的含量均没有超标,蔬菜污染程度为清洁,未受污染。 Objective:To investigate the pollution status of 17 kinds of common vegetables contaminated by Mercury and Arsenic in the 2 farmers’markets in XX District of Kunming City.Methods:A total of 34 vegetable samples in 17 categories from 2 farmers’markets in XX District were Randomly collected and determined the content of Arsenic and Mercury by Double-channel Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry(AFS),According to GB 2762-2012"limit of pollutants in food",the situation of exceeding the standard was counted and evaluated by Single-factor Pollution Index and NemeroComprehensive Pollution Index.Results:In A farmers’markets,the detection rate of Arsenic is 100%,but the content was beyond the limit of the national food standard.No mercury was detected in all 34 samples.In B farmers’markets,the Arsenic detection rate was 41.2%,and the Mercury detection rate was 47.1%.However the content of Arsenic and Mercury was beyond the limit of the national food standard.Conclusion:The content of Arsenic and Mercury in vegetables in XX District of Kunming city was beyond the limit of the national food was beyond the limit of the the national food standard.The degree of pollution to vegetables is zero.
