乳粉中菌落总数能力验证与质量控制分析 被引量:3

摘要 实验室参加2份乳粉中菌落总数样品能力验证,采用GB 4789.2-2016进行测试,得到|Z|比分数均<2,结果评价均为满意。表明实验室在菌落总数测定的能力上满足质量要求,分析总结了乳粉中菌落总数能力验证质量控制及注意事项,以期保证检测数据的准确可靠。 The laboratory participated in the capability verification of the total number of colonies in two milk powder samples and tested by GB 4789.2-2016,and the|Z|ratio scores were all less than 2,and the evaluation results were satisfactory.The results showed that the ability of the laboratory to determine the total number of colonies met the quality requirements.The quality control and precautions of the ability verification of the total number of colonies in milk powder were analyzed and summarized,so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test data.
