超声引导下细针穿刺活检对甲状腺结节的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析超声引导下细针穿刺活检对甲状腺结节的诊断价值。方法选取2016年2月至2018年2月大连市中心医院收治的200例行甲状腺手术的甲状腺结节患者作为研究对象,采取抽签分组方式分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。观察组患者术前行超声引导下甲状腺细针穿刺活检,对照组术前行CT诊断,比较两组良、恶性检出情况及术后病理结果。结果观察组恶性甲状腺结节38例,细针穿刺检出35例,阳性率为35.00%,灵敏度为92.11%;对照组恶性甲状腺结节33例,CT检出14例,阳性率为14.00%,灵敏度为42.42%。观察组的阳性率及灵敏度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论对甲状腺结节患者实施超声引导细针穿刺活检可有效提高阳性率及灵敏度,具有极高的临床应用价值。 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of fine needle biopsy guided by ultrasound for thyroid nodules.Methods The subjects of this study were patients with thyroid nodules,a total of 200 cases were studied,thyroid nodules were divided into two groups by drawing lots,and 200 patients with thyroid surgery were selected from February 2016 to February 2018 in our hospital.They were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 100 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with thyroid nodules underwent ultrasound guided biopsy with fine needle.The control group were treated with thyroid nodules were diagnosed by CT before operation.The detection of benign and malignant and postoperative pathological results were compared between the two groups.Results There were 38 patients with malignant thyroid nodules,35 patients with fi ne needle puncture,35.00%positive rate and 92.11%sensitivity were observed.There were 33 cases of malignant thyroid nodules in control group,14 cases were detected by CT,14.00%were positive,and 42.42%were sensitive.The positive rate and sensitivity of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the difference were statistically signifi cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rate and sensitivity of the patients with thyroid nodules were increased after ultrasound guided fi ne needle biopsy.
