调强放疗联合内分泌治疗前列腺癌的疗效

Effect of Intensity-modulated Radiotherapy Combined with Endocrine Therapy on Prostate Cancer

目的评价调强放疗联合内分泌治疗前列腺癌的可行性,通过优化前列腺癌患者的治疗效果以延长患者的生存时间、提高患者生存质量。方法选择我院2017年10月至2018年11月期间收治的64例前列腺癌患者,结合治疗方法随机分为试验1组与试验2组。试验1组的32例前列腺癌患者采取内分泌治疗,试验2组的32例前列腺癌患者采取调强放疗联合内分泌治疗。对比试验1组与试验2组前列腺癌患者治疗后的临床疗效以及生存质量评分。结果治疗后,试验2组前列腺癌患者治疗总有效率以及治疗后泌尿功能、肠道功能、性功能、激素功能评分均高于试验1组,P <0.05。结论在联合内分泌治疗的基础上,进行调强放疗治疗,可以尽可能的维持前列腺癌患者的生存质量,临床疗效显著,是前列腺癌疾病优选治疗方式。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)combined with endocrine therapy for prostate cancer.Methods Sixty-four patients with prostate cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into test group 1 and test group 2.Thirty-two patients with prostate cancer in test group 1 were treated with endocrine therapy,and 32 patients with prostate cancer in test group 2 were treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy combined with endocrine therapy.The clinical effi cacy and quality of life scores of patients with prostate cancer after treatment in test group 1 and group 2 were compared.Results After treatment,the total eff ective rate and the scores of urinary function,intestinal function,sexual function and hormone function in test group 2 were higher than those in test group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of combined endocrine therapy,intensity-modulated radiation therapy can maintain the quality of life of patients with prostate cancer as far as possible,with signifi cant clinical eff ect,which is the preferred treatment for prostate cancer.
