小剂量左甲状腺素治疗良性甲状腺结节患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Low Dose Levothyroxine in the Treatment of Benign Thyroid Nodules

目的探讨小剂量左甲状腺素治疗良性甲状腺结节患者的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月至2017年4月营口市中心医院收治的60例良性甲状腺结节患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。观察组实施小剂量左甲状腺素治疗,对照组仅进行常规干预,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组甲状腺素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)指标均低于对照组(均P <0.05);观察组甲状腺峡部直径(JD1)、结节横截面平均直径(JD2)、最大结节横截面直径(JD3)、最大横截面面积(JS)及甲状腺体积(JV)均小于对照组(均P <0.05)。治疗前,两组甲状腺结节直径比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组甲状腺结节直径均较治疗前缩短,且观察组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论小剂量左甲状腺素治疗良性甲状腺结节患者的临床效果显著,可降低患者甲状腺功能血清学指标,改善患者症状,缩小甲状腺结节直径。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-dose levothyroxine in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules.Methods From June 2016 to April 2017,60 patients with benign thyroid nodules in Yingkou Central Hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with low-dose levothyroxine,while the control group was only given routine intervention.Results After treatment,the indexes of thyroid hormone(TSH),free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05);the thyroid isthmus diameter(JD1),average diameter of nodule cross section(JD2),maximum cross-sectional area(JD3),maximum cross-sectional area(JS)and thyroid volume(JV)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant diff erence in the diameter of thyroid nodules between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the diameter of thyroid nodules in the two groups was shorter than that before treatment,and the observation group was shorter than the control group,the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose of levothyroxine in the treatment of patients with benign thyroid nodules has signifi cant clinical eff ect,which can reduce the serological indicators of thyroid function,improve the symptoms of patients,and reduce the diameter of thyroid nodules.
