血栓弹力图和凝血四项在凝血功能检查中的应用价值

Application Value of Blood Coagulation Function between Patients with Thromboelastogram and Coagulation

目的分析血栓弹力图、凝血四项检查在凝血功能检查中的应用价值。方法选择2019年3~6月于东北国际医院接受凝血功能检查的116例患者作为研究对象。所有患者均接受血栓弹力图、凝血四项检查。分析患者的凝血功能检测结果,并评估两种检查方法间的关联。结果 116例患者凝血酶原时间(PT)为(14.61±3.14)s、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)为(55.89±9.52)s、纤维蛋白原(FIB)为(3.68±0.79)g/L、血小板计数(PLT)为(189.96±38.16)×10^9/L;而反应时间(R值)为(2.70±0.60)min、凝血时间(K值)为(2.70±0.60)min、最大振幅(MA值)为(59.68±5.24)mm、α角为(59.06±6.19)°。R值与PT、APTT呈正相关,与FIB呈负相关(P <0.05);K值仅与FIB呈负相关(P <0.05);MA值与APTT呈负相关,而与FIB、PLT呈正相关(P <0.05);α角与PT、APTT呈负相关,与FIB、PLT呈正相关(P <0.05)。结论血栓弹力图和凝血四项检测存在关联,均可用于凝血功能检查。

Objective To analyze the application value of thromboelastography and coagulation in the examination of coagulation function.Methods From March to June 2019,116 patients who underwent coagulation function examination at Northeast International Hospital were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent four examinations of thromboelastography and coagulation.Analyze the patient's coagulation function test results and evaluate the correlation between the two inspection methods.Results The prothrombin time(PT)of 116 patients was(14.61±3.14)s,the activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)was(55.89±9.52)s,and the fi brinogen(FIB)was(3.68±0.79)g/L,platelet count(PLT)was(189.96±38.16)×10^9/L;while reaction time(R value)was(2.70±0.60)min,clotting time(K value)was(2.70±0.60)min,and maximum amplitude(MA value)was(59.68±5.24)mm,and theαangle was(59.06±6.19)°.R value was positively correlated with PT and APTT,and negatively correlated with FIB(P<0.05);K value was only negatively correlated with FIB(P<0.05);MA value was negatively correlated with APTT,but positively correlated with FIB and PLT(P<0.05);αangle was negatively correlated with PT and APTT,and positively correlated with FIB and PLT(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between thromboelastogram and the four tests of coagulation,and both can be used for coagulation tests.
