帕罗西汀对女性抑郁症患者心电图QTc间期的影响

Effect of Paroxetine on QTc Interval of Electrocardiogram in Women with Depression

目的探讨帕罗西汀对女性抑郁症患者心电图QTc间期的影响。方法选择我院于2017年8月至2018年8月收治的84例女性抑郁症患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表分组,给予常规药物治疗组患者常规药物治疗,给予常规药物治疗联合帕罗西汀治疗组患者常规药物加上帕罗西汀治疗。比较常规药物治疗组、常规药物治疗联合帕罗西汀治疗组的疗效,抑郁症状改善的时间、住院时间,治疗前后患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表分数以及心电图QTc间期与不良反应。结果常规药物治疗联合帕罗西汀治疗组患者的疗效、抑郁症状改善的时间、住院时间、汉密尔顿抑郁量表分数相比较常规药物治疗组更好,P <0.05。常规药物治疗联合帕罗西汀治疗组患者的不良反应发生情况与常规药物治疗组患者不良反应无明显差异,P> 0.05。治疗前后两组患者心电图QTc间期无显著差异,P> 0.05。结论常规药物加上帕罗西汀治疗女性抑郁症的效果理想,对心电图QTc间期延长无明显影响。

Objective To investigate the effect of Paroxetine on QTc interval of electrocardiogram in female depression patients.Methods A total of 84 female patients with depression admitted to our hospital from August 21,2017 to August 23,2018 were selected as the research objects.Grouped by random number table,patients in the conventional medication group were given conventional medication,and patients in the conventional medication combined with paroxetine therapy group were given conventional medication plus paroxetine.Compare the efficacy of the conventional drug treatment group and the conventional drug treatment combined with Paroxetine treatment group,the time to improve depressive symptoms,the length of hospitalization,the patient's Hamilton Depression Scale score before and after treatment,and the QTc interval and adverse reactions of the electrocardiogram.Results The curative eff ect,time to improve depressive symptoms,length of hospitalization,and Hamilton Depression Scale scores of patients in the conventional drug therapy combined with paroxetine treatment group were better than those in the conventional drug therapy group,P<0.05.There was no signifi cant diff erence in adverse reactions between the patients in the conventional drug therapy combined with Paroxetine treatment group and the patients in the conventional drug therapy group,P>0.05.There was no significant difference in ECG QTc interval between the two groups before and after treatment,P>0.05.Conclusion Conventional drugs plus Paroxetine are eff ective in treating female depression,and have no signifi cant effect on the prolongation of the QTc interval of electrocardiogram.
