他巴唑联合糖皮质激素治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效

Clinical Analysis of Tabazole Combined with Glucocorticoid in the Treatment of Hyperthyroidism

目的探析他巴唑联合糖皮质激素治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效。方法选取2017年4月至2018年4月来我院治疗的甲状腺功能亢进症患者94例,随机分为两组,对照组患者使用他巴唑治疗,观察组患者使用他巴唑联合糖皮质激素治疗,比较两组治疗效果以及治疗前后甲状腺激素水平改善情况。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为91.49%,对照组的治疗有效率为74.47%,有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者促甲状腺激素(TSH)、血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平护理前对比无显著差异(P> 0.05),护理后观察组患者的TSH高于对照组,FT3、FT4水平低于对照组,均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论甲状腺功能亢进症采用他巴唑联合糖皮质激素治疗效果显著,可改善甲状腺激素水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of tabazole combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods Ninety-four patients with hyperthyroidism who came to our hospital for treatment from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected.Randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with tabazole,the observation group was treated with tabazole combined with glucocorticoid,the improvement of thyroid hormone level before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The eff ective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.49%,and that in the control group was 74.47%,which was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the two groups of patients had thyroid stimulating hormone,serum free triiodothyronine.There was no signifi cant diff erence in the pre-care(P>0.05)between the levels of glycine and serum free thyroxine.After the nursing,the TSH of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of FT3 and FT4 were lower than the control group,both were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tabazole combined with glucocorticoid is eff ective in the treatment of hyperthyroidism,which can improve the level of thyroid hormone and is worthy of clinical application.
