Impact of Pre-pregnancy Eugenics Health Check on Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes

目的分析开展孕前优生健康检查对不良妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年6月于宁德市蕉城区妇幼保健院进行孕前优生健康检查的2437对育龄夫妇的临床资料,将所有研究对象根据健康检查方法的不同分为对照组(1200对)和研究组(1237对)。对照组给予孕前常规健康检查,研究组给予孕前优生健康检查,对比两组妊娠不良结局及检查满意度。结果研究组妊娠不良结局发生率为0.58%,对照组为1.98%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组检查满意度为97.01%,对照组为87.08%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对育龄夫妇开展孕前优生健康检查,可有效控制不良妊娠结局的发生,确保孕妇及新生儿的安全,实现优生优育,提高人口质量。

Objective To analyze the impact of pre-pregnancy eugenics health check on adverse pregnancy outcomes.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 2437 couples of childbearing age who performed a pre-pregnancy health checkup in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019.All the research subjects were divided into control group and research group according to the health check method.There were 1200 pairs in the control group,and the couples in the control group were given routine health checkups before pregnancy.There were 1237 pairs in the study group,the couples in the study group were given prenatal health checkups.The adverse pregnancy outcomes and examination satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the research group was 0.58%,in the control group was 1.98%,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The examination satisfaction rate in the research group was 97.01%,in the control group was 87.08%,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal pregnancy health checkups for couples of childbearing age can effectively control and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,ensure the safety of pregnant women and newborns,achieve eugenics and postnatal care,and improve the quality of the population.
