奥匹卡朋联合左旋多巴治疗帕金森病患者的疗效及安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Opicapine Combined with Levodopa in the Treatment of Parkinson's Disease

目的分析奥匹卡朋联合左旋多巴治疗帕金森病患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月沈阳市第一人民医院收治的128例帕金森病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组64例。对照组行左旋多巴治疗,观察组行奥匹卡朋联合左旋多巴治疗。治疗3个月后,比较两组患者的治疗效果、自主神经功能评分、泌尿系统功能评分、心血管功能评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为95.31%,对照组为82.81%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=18.523,P <0.05)。治疗前,观察组患者自主神经功能评分、泌尿系统功能、心血管功能评分分别为(14.30±2.20)、(3.40±0.60)、(1.00±0.10)分,对照组分别为(14.40±2.10)、(3.50±0.60)、(1.10±0.10)分,差异均无统计学意义(t=0.124、0.232、0.107,均P> 0.05);治疗后,观察组患者自主神经功能评分、泌尿系统功能、心血管功能评分分别为(11.10±1.60)、(2.90±0.40)、(0.70±0.10)分,对照组分别为(12.10±2.00)分、(3.30±0.50)分、(0.90±0.10)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=11.251、7.839、6.047,均P <0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为21.88%,对照组为45.31%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=16.992,P <0.05)。结论奥匹卡朋联合左旋多巴治疗帕金森病患者的疗效较为理想,安全性较单一应用左旋多巴也更为突出。

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of opicapine combined with levodopa in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,128 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levodopa,and the observation group was treated with opiate and levodopa.After 3 months,the effects of the two groups were compared,including treatment eff ectiveness,adverse reaction rate,autonomic function score,and urinary system function and cardiovascular function scores.Results The eff ective rate of the observation group was 95.31%,and the eff ective rate of the control group was 82.81%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(χ^2=18.523,P<0.05).The autonomic nerve function score,urinary system function,and cardiovascular function scores in the observation group were(14.30±2.20),(3.40±0.60),(1.00±0.10)points before treatment,and in the control group were(14.40±2.10),(3.50±0.60),(1.10±0.10)points,there were no signifi cant diff erences between the two groups before treatment(t=0.124,0.232,0.107,all P<0.05).After treatment the autonomic nerve function score,urinary system function,and cardiovascular function scores in the observation group were(11.10±1.60),(2.90±0.40),(0.70±0.10)points,in the control group were(12.10±2.00),(3.30±0.50),(0.90±0.10)points,the diff erences after treatment were statistically signifi cant(t=11.251,7.839,6.047,all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 21.88%,in the control group was 45.31%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(χ^2=16.992,P<0.05).Conclusion Opiconipone combined with levodopa is eff ective in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.The safety is more prominent than the single application of levodopa.
