Objective To observe the effect of early intervention on rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. Methods From March 2017 to February 2018,68 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital were selected. They were divided into control group and experimental group according to different nursing methods, with 34 cases in each group. The control group were treated with routine nursing, and the experimental group were treated with early rehabilitation care on the basis of the control group, and the data of the children were retrospectively analyzed, the eff ects of the intervention and the development before and after the intervention were compared. Results The total clinical eff ective rate of the experimental group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group, the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Before 1 week of nursing intervention, the intelligence development index(MDI)and exercise development index(PDI)of the experimental group compared with the control group, the diff erence was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05).After 1 year of nursing intervention, the PDI,MDI were increased in both groups, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of children with cerebral palsy in children, early rehabilitation nursing aims at the specific situation of children, promotes their intellectual and sports development, achieves good nursing effect.
