摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在心血管内科护理中的实施方法与应用效果。方法选取2016年3月至2019年3月我院心血管内科接诊的心血管疾病患者80例,按照不同护理方式将患者均分为两组,对照组40例患者接受基础护理,观察组40例患者在基础护理上接受人性化护理。观察两组患者护理满意度、护理前后生活质量及心理状态。结果护理前,两组患者生活质量各项指标评分,以及SAS、SDS评分差异不明显,无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组患者上述各项指标表现均优于对照组,同时在护理满意度方面,观察组明显高于对照组,以上指标差异明显,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过对心血管内科收治患者开展人性化护理,能够在保证护理效果的同时进一步提升患者的生活质量和心理状态,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic service in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing.Methods From March 2016 to March 2019,80 patients with cardiovascular disease were selected and divided into two groups according to diff erent nursing methods.40 patients in the control group received basic nursing,40 patients in the observation group received humanized nursing on the basis of basic nursing,and the nursing satisfaction,quality of life before and after nursing and psychological state of patients in the two groups were observed.Results Before nursing,the quality of life indexes,SAS,SDS of the two groups were scored,there was no significant difference in scores(P>0.05).After treatment,the performance of the above indicators in the observation group was better than that in the control group.At the same time,in terms of nursing satisfaction,the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group,and the above indicators were signifi cantly diff erent(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the implementation of humanized services for patients in cardiovascular medicine,the quality of life and mental state of patients can be further improved while the nursing effect is guaranteed,which has a high promotion value.
