循证护理在乳腺癌手术患者心理护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in Psychological Nursing of Breast Cancer Surgery Patients

目的探讨循证护理在乳腺癌手术患者心理护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年10月至2019年10月辽宁省健康产业集团阜新矿总医院收治的84例乳腺癌手术患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=42)和试验组(n=42)。对照组予以常规心理护理,试验组实施循证心理护理,并对两组患者的不良心理状况、生活质量评分与护理满意度进行比较。结果对照组抗药心理、恐惧心理与其他不良心理发生率分别为42.86%、28.57%、30.95%,试验组分别为14.29%、7.14%、9.52%,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05);对照组情绪、躯体及角色等生活质量评分均低于试验组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05);试验组护理满意度为97.62%,对照组为76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在乳腺癌手术患者心理护理中应用循证护理干预,可改善患者的不良心理,提高患者的生活质量与护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in psychological nursing of patients with breast cancer surgery.Methods From October 2017 to October 2019,84 cases of breast cancer surgery patients in our hospital were randomly selected and according to the random number table method,they are divided into control group(n=42)and experimental group(n=42).The control group was given routine psychological nursing,the experimental group was given evidence-based psychological nursing,and the adverse psychological status,life quality score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of drug resistance,fear and other adverse psychology were 42.86%,28.57%and 30.95%in the control group,and were 14.29%,7.14%and 9.52%in the experimental group,signifi cantly(all P<0.05).The scores of mood,body and role of patients in the control group were lower than those in the experimental group(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients was 97.62%in the experimental group,and was 76.19%in the control group,signifi cantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of evidence-based nursing in psychological nursing for patients with breast cancer surgery can improve the patients'bad psychology,improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
