全程导乐助产护理干预在单胎头位阴道分娩产妇中的应用效果

Effect of Nursing Intervention of Whole Course Doula Midwifery in the Delivery of Twins by Vagina

目的探讨全程导乐助产护理干预在单胎头位阴道分娩产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月至2018年1月医院收治的110例单胎头位阴道分娩产妇作为研究对象,根据护理干预方案的不同分为对照组和研究组,每组55例。对照组采取常规助产护理干预,研究组实行全程导乐助产护理干预,比较两组产妇护理前后的睡眠质量、新生儿生命体征情况及产妇主观护理体验。结果干预后,两组产妇的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05);研究组新生儿生命体征正常率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);产妇主观护理体验优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论全程导乐助产护理干预可提高单胎头位阴道分娩产妇的睡眠质量,使其获得理想的护理体验,并保障新生儿健康。

Objective To investigate the application effect of Doula midwifery nursing intervention in single fetal head position vaginal delivery.Methods From February 2016 to January 2018,110 cases of singleton head position vaginal delivery in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to different nursing intervention programs,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine midwifery nursing intervention,and the study group was given whole course Doula midwifery nursing intervention.The sleep quality,neonatal vital signs and maternal subjective nursing experience of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results After the intervention,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores of the two groups were lower than before the intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(all P<0.05);the normal rate of neonatal vital signs in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the excellent and good rate of maternal subjective nursing experience was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course doula midwifery nursing intervention can improve the sleep quality of parturient with single fetal head position vaginal delivery,make them obtain ideal nursing experience,and ensure the health of newborns,make them obtain ideal nursing experience,and ensure the health of newborns.
