微信平台在近视激光手术护理中的应用效果

Effect of Wechat Platform in the Nursing of Myopia Laser Surgery

目的探讨微信平台应用于近视激光手术护理中的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月于大连市第三人民医院就诊的140例近视激光手术患者作为研究对象,以信封抽签的方式将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。两组均行准分子激光角膜屈光手术治疗,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上结合微信护理,比较两组患者视力改善情况及并发症发生情况,以汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评估两组患者护理前后的心理状态。结果护理前,两组患者裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力及泪膜破裂时间比较,差异均无明统计学意义(均P> 0.05);护理后,观察组裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力均优于对照组,泪膜破裂时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。护理前,两组HAMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);护理后,观察组HAMA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在常规护理基础上应用微信平台干预可更好地改善患者的视力及心理状态,并减少并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of WeChat platform in the nursing of myopia laser surgery.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,140 cases of myopia laser surgery patients in Dalian Third People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the reference group and the observation group,with 70 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated with excimer laser keratomileusis.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was combining WeChat nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The improvement of vision and complications were compared between the two groups.The psychological state of patients before and after nursing was measured by Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA).Results Before nursing,there was no signifi cant diff erence in uncorrected visual acuity,best corrected visual acuity and tear film rupture time between the two groups(all P>0.05);after nursing,the uncorrected visual acuity and best corrected visual acuity of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the tear film rupture time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically signifi cant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no signifi cant difference in HAMA score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,HAMA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the conventional nursing,application of WeChat platform in the nursing of myopia laser surgery can better improve patients'vision and mental state,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
