门诊舒适护理对输液患儿及其家属护理满意度的影响

Effect of Outpatient Comfort Care on Nursing Satisfaction of Infusion Children and Their Families

目的探讨门诊舒适护理对输液患儿及其家属护理满意度的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月辽源市妇婴医院门诊收治的300例输液患儿,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组150例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用舒适护理干预,比较两组患者的干预效果。结果观察组一次穿刺成功率、患儿依从性、患儿家属对护理服务的满意度均高于对照组(均P <0.05);两组不良事件、护理纠纷发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论予以门诊输液患儿舒适护理干预,可促使患儿依从性及一次穿刺成功率提高,且有利于减少护理不良事件及护理纠纷的发生,对构建和谐护患关系有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the influence of outpatient comfort nursing on nursing satisfaction of children with infusion and their families.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,300 cases of children with transfusion in the outpatient department of Liaoyuan Maternal and Infant Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,150 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given comfortable nursing intervention.Compare the intervention eff ects of the two groups.Results The success rate of one-time puncture,the compliance of children and the satisfaction of nursing service of their families in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events and nursing disputes between the two groups were statistically signifi cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention can improve children's compliance and success rate of one-time puncture,and reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events and nursing disputes,which is of great signifi cance to the construction of harmonious nurse patient relationship.
