整体护理干预在老年胆囊炎胆石症患者中的应用效果

Effect of Holistic Nursing Intervention on Cholecystitis and Cholelithiasis in the Elderly

目的探讨整体护理干预在老年胆囊炎胆石症患者中的应用效果,为后期开展该疾病的护理工作提供依据。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月盘锦辽油宝石花医院收治的82例胆囊炎胆石症患者,采用抛硬币的方式将其随机分为对照组(n=41,常规护理方法)和研究组(n=41,对照组基础上采取整体护理干预)。比较两组患者的护理效果、护理满意度、生活质量以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,研究组SF-36简明健康状况量表(SF-36)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者切口感染、肾功能不全、肝功能衰竭等不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论老年胆囊炎胆石症患者采取整体护理干预能够提高护理满意度和治疗效果,改善生活质量,并降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of adopting holistic nursing intervention in elderly patients with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis,so as to provide a basis for the later development of nursing care of the disease.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019,82 patients with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis admitted to our hospital were selected.Coin tossing was randomly divided into control group(n=41,conventional nursing method)and research group(n=41,holistic nursing intervention based on the control group).The total eff ectiveness,nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients after treatment and nursing were compared.Results The total eff ective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);after treatment,SF-36 scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions such as incision infection,renal insuffi ciency,liver failure in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention in elderly patients with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis can improve nursing satisfaction and treatment effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
