预见性护理干预在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Predictive Nursing in the Nursing Process of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的探讨预见性护理干预在冠心病心绞痛患者护理过程中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月至2019年3月在朝阳市第二医院接受治疗的78例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究样本,将其按照护理干预的不同分为对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=39)。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受预见性护理干预,比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果护理干预前,两组患者的西雅图心绞痛调查量表(SAQ)评分、心功能分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);护理干预后,观察组患者的SAQ评分、心功能分级指标改善情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者的血糖、血压及血脂恢复正常时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论预见性护理干预在冠心病心绞痛患者护理过程中的应用效果十分明显,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,缩短血糖、血压、血脂恢复正常时间,并提升护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of predictive nursing in the nursing process of patients with angina pectoris.Methods A total of 78 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into control group and observed group according to the diff erence of the nursing model,with 39 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine care,and patients in the observation group received predictive nursing interventions.The clinical care outcomes of the two groups was compared.Results Before the nursing intervention,the Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)scores and cardiac function grading indexes of the angina pectoris questionnaires of the two groups were not signifi cantly different(P>0.05).After the nursing intervention,the SAQ scores and cardiac function grading indexes of the angina pectoris questionnaires of the observation group were signifi cantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the blood glucose,blood pressure and blood lipid recovery time of the observation group were signifi cantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing is very eff ective in the nursing process of patients with angina pectoris.It can eff ectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and play an important role in shortening the recovery time of blood sugar,blood pressure,blood lipid index and improving nursing satisfaction.
