优质护理在高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of High Quality Nursing in Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的分析优质护理在高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月朝阳市第二医院收治的126例高血压脑出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组63例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理。对比两组患者美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、SF-36简明健康状况量表(SF-36)评分、血压水平及护理满意度。结果观察组患者NIHSS评分为(18.00±2.60)分,SF-36评分为(76.30±6.40)分,收缩压为(145.30±7.10)mm Hg,舒张压为(96.30±5.60)mm Hg,对照组患者NIHSS评分为(22.50±2.80)分,SF-36评分为(86.10±7.30)分,收缩压为(148.40±7.20)mmHg,舒张压为(101.20±6.10)mmHg,组间差异均有统计学意义(t=6.334、12.893、18.052、16.937,均P <0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.83%,对照组为82.54%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=18.001,P <0.05)。结论在高血压脑出血患者的护理过程中,应用优质护理可改善患者的病情、生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods From October 2017 to October 2018,126 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received high quality nursing.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),36-item Short-form Health Survey(SF-36),blood pressure level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The NIHSS score,SF-36 score,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and quality of life of the patients in the observation group were(18.00±2.60)scores,(76.30±6.40)scores,(145.30±7.10)mm Hg,(96.30±5.60)mm Hg,and in the control group were(22.50±2.80)scores,(86.10±7.30)scores,(148.40±7.20)mm Hg,(101.20±6.10)mm Hg,there were signifi cant diff erences between the two groups(t=6.334,12.893,18.052,16.937,all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.83%,and that of the control group was 82.54%,there was signifi cant difference between the two groups(χ^2=18.001,P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,the application of high quality nursing can improve the patient's condition,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
