摘要
西藏地区学前教育事业的发展离不开党和国家的政策支持以及教师的积极参与,提升西藏地区学前教育质量的关键在于建设稳定的师资队伍,而提高幼儿教师的工作生活质量是保证幼儿教师队伍稳定性的重要因素。研究发现,西藏地区幼儿教师的工作生活质量处于较低水平。结合马斯洛的需要层次理论和赫兹伯格的双因素理论,提升保健因素和激励因素有助于满足幼儿教师的基本需要和高级需要。因而,政府应从整体上提高西藏地区幼儿教师的待遇及地位,幼儿园应坚持"以人为本"的管理理念,教师更应积极主动地提升工作生活质量。
The development of preschool education in Tibet is inseparable from the policy support of the Party and the state as well as the active participation of teachers.The key to improve the quality of preschool education in Tibet lies in building a stable teaching staff.Improving the quality of work and life of preschool teachers is an important factor to ensure the stability of preschool teachers.The research found that the quality of work and life of preschool teachers in Tibet had been at a low level.Combining Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and Herzberg's two-factor theory,improving hygiene factors and incentive factors can help to meet the basic needs and senior needs of preschool teachers.Therefore,at the government level,we should improve the treatment and status of preschool teachers in Tibet as a whole.Kindergartens should establish the management concept of"people-oriented",and teachers should actively improve the quality of work and life.
