摘要
特发性肾病综合征是成人及儿童期常见的肾小球足细胞疾病之一。已有证据表明,儿童绝大多数激素敏感型肾病综合征和2/3的激素耐药型肾病综合征的发病与自身免疫功能紊乱有关,但其具体的发病机制仍未完全阐明。儿童特发性肾病综合征自身免疫因素值得进一步探讨研究。
