This paper introduces the structural features of single chain low speed chain electric hoist,and the advantages of its application in the lifting of attached lifting scaffold.It is pointed out that the load-bearing components of the single chain lowspeed chain electric hoist are heavily stressed,and the precautions to be checked in the design are pointed out.The checking formula and examples are given from the aspects of sprocket,chain,motor,lifting speed,brake,sprocket,shaft,etc.
