摘要
钵苗自动化移栽是提高作物单产、保障我国粮食供给安全的重要手段。为此,对国内外钵苗移栽机取苗装置的研究现状进行了阐述,按照取苗方式的不同将取苗装置分为气力辅助式、顶出式、夹取式、组合式和带式5类,指出了现有取苗装置存在的问题,提出了相应的建议,并对钵苗自动移栽机取苗装置的发展趋势进行了探讨。
Automatic transplanting of pot seedlings is an important means to improve crop yield per unit area and ensure food security in China.In this paper,the author expounded the research status of seedling pick-up device of pot seedling transplanter.According to the different ways of pick-up seedlings,the seedling pick-up device can be divided into five types:pneumatic-aided type,push-out type,gripper type,combined type and belt type.Meanwhile,the writer pointed out the existing problems of the seedling pick-up device,put forward the corresponding suggestions and discussed the trend of the seedling pick-up device for automatic seedling transplanter.
