基于数字影像处理的农机检修光学视频分析技术

摘要 随着计算机技术、数字化与数字影像识别技术、人工神经网络技术、机电一体化技术的进步,无损检测技术获得了迅速发展。近年来,无损检测技术也被应用到了农机的检修和维护上,将农机检修光学视频分析技术引入到了农机零部件的缺陷检测中,通过对农机件激光扫描数字影像的特征提取和无缺陷零部件图的二次曝光比对,可以得到农机零部件是否存在缺陷及缺陷的部位。光学无损检测技术不仅可以提高农机零部件的检修效率,而且最大限度地保护了农机零部件不受损伤,是一种非常实用高效的检修方法。 With the great development of science and technology,especially computer technology,digitization and digital image recognition technology,artificial neural network technology and Mechatronics technology,it has developed rapidly for non-destructive testing technology.In recent years,non-destructive testing technology has also been applied to the maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery.In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of agricultural machinery maintenance,it has introduced optical video analysis technology of agricultural machinery maintenance into the defect detection of agricultural machinery parts.Through the feature extraction of laser scanning digital image of agricultural machinery parts and the double exposure comparison of defective parts maps,it can obtain agricultural machinery parts and components.Whether there are defects and the location of defects,optical nondestructive testing technology can not only improve the maintenance efficiency of agricultural machinery parts,but also maximize the protection of agricultural machinery parts from damage,which is a very practical and efficient maintenance method.
