交互式视音频在智能采摘机器人自动化系统中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 在采摘机器人自动化系统的设计过程中,为了提高采摘机器人的控制效率,引入了基于交互式视音频英语学习原理的采摘机器人交流交互系统,基于WiFi网络,采摘机器人可以将实时作业情况以视频的形式传输给远程端,远程端根据采摘机器人的实时作业情况,对采摘机器人发出语音指令,机器人识别语音指令后完成相关动作,实现远程端和采摘执行端的交流交互。为了验证方案的可行性,设计了采摘机器人机器和远程端自动化控制系统,并对WiFi网络的传输性能以及语音指令的准确识别率进行了测试,结果表明:WiFi网络的通信性能较好,采摘机器人可以准确的识别语音指令,实现自动化控制。 In order to improve the control efficiency of picking robots,it introduced an interactive system of picking robots based on interactive audio-visual English learning principle.Based on WiFi network,picking robots can transmit real-time operation to the remote end in the form of video,and the remote end can transmit real-time operation to the remote end according to the real-time operation situation of picking robots.In addition,voice commands can be issued to the picking robot.After the robot recognizes the voice commands,relevant actions can be completed to realize the interaction between the remote end and the picking execution end.In order to verify the feasibility of the scheme,it designed the picking robot machine and remote automatic control system,and it tested the transmission performance of WiFi network and the accurate recognition rate of voice instructions.The test results show that the communication performance of WiFi network is better.The picking robot can accurately recognize voice instructions and realize automatic control.
