铲斗是挖掘机最常用的工作装置,相比其它部分结构相对简单,往往得不到太多关注,很多用户错误选用铲斗、不注意铲斗的日常维护,导致铲斗出现提前磨损、变形、开裂等问题,降低了施工效率,增加了施工成本。阐述了对挖掘机铲斗选配与日常维护进行的分析研究,进一步了解了挖掘机铲斗的正确选用和维护方法,提高了对铲斗的关注和认识程度。

Bucket is the most commonly used working device of excavator.Compared with other parts,its structure is relatively simple and often gets less attention.Many users mistakenly select the bucket and do not pay attention to the daily maintenance of the bucket,resulting in premature wear,deformation and cracking of the bucket,which reduces the construction efficiency and increases the construction cost.This paper expounds the analysis and study on the selection and daily maintenance of excavator bucket,and further learns the correct selection and maintenance method of excavator bucket,and improves the attention and awareness on bucket.
