摘要
在近超高层的成型房屋卸料平台支撑固定过程中,外脚手架支撑方案将导致安全风险、外墙成型面被破坏等问题,而基于栓接支撑的悬挑式卸料平台能有效避免这一问题。以楼建施工过程中钢筋混凝土独立施工方案为例,简述了一种新型悬挑式卸料平台的设计与施工,详细阐述了其连接支撑方案的计算结果,对该卸料平台方案的设计与施工过程注意事项进行了总结。
During the process of supporting and fixing the unloading platform of high-rise building,the external scaffold support scheme will lead to safety risk and damage of the external wall forming surface,while the cantilever unloading platform based on bolted support can effectively avoid this problem.Taking the independent construction scheme of reinforced concrete in the process of building construction as an example,this paper briefly describes the design and construction of a new type of cantilever unloading platform,expounds in detail the calculation results of the bolted support scheme,and sums up the matters needing to pay attention in the design and construction process of the unloading platform scheme.
