摘要
针对锦屏二级水电站1号引水隧洞绿片岩洞段普通水泥灌浆无法满足设计要求的问题,笔者及时开展加强固结灌浆试验研究,结合工程现场实际条件,对比分析细水泥灌浆和化学灌浆方案设计参数、施工功效、经济投入及处理效果。细水泥灌浆方案技术可行且更为经济合理,能够解决绿片岩洞段围岩抗变形稳定难题。工程投运7年,隧洞绿片岩洞段各项监测成果显示围岩处于稳定状态,表明加强固结灌浆设计方案和施工处理措施选择合理。
Aiming at the problem that the ordinary cement grouting in greenschist tunnel section of No.1 diversion tunnel of Jinping 2 Hydropower Station cannot meet the design requirements,the author timely carried out the consolidation grouting test study,compared and analyzed the design parameters,construction efficiency,economic input and treatment effect of fine cement grouting and chemical grouting scheme combined with the actual conditions of the project.The technology of fine cement grouting is feasible and more economical,which can solve the problem of deformation stability of surrounding rock in green schist tunnel section.As the project has been put into operation for 7 years,the monitoring results of green schist tunnel section show that the surrounding rock is in a stable state,which indicates that the design scheme of strengthening consolidation grouting are reasonable,as well as the selection of the construction treatment measures.
