生物质引火型煤的制备及燃烧性能评价

摘要 以无烟煤和生物质(锯末)为原料,氯酸钾为氧化剂,PEG-600和镁粉为助燃剂,腐殖酸钠和粘土分别为有机和无机粘结剂,制备了一种易点燃、燃烧无异味且压制和贮存过程不发生自燃的引火型煤.考查了腐殖酸钠和粘土用量对无烟型煤和纯锯末型煤抗压强度和落下强度的影响.结果表明,当粘结剂用量分别为8%和10%时,抗压强度和落下强度满足MT/T 748—2008和MT/T 925—2004的要求,在最佳配比条件下制备的锯末引火型煤的热值为20.06 MJ·kg^-1,燃烧时间可达15 min以上,硫含量为0.099%,着火点为260℃,基本满足市场对引火型煤的要求. Biomass ignition briquette with easy ignite,no peculiar smell and no spontaneous combustion during pressing and storage was prepared by the anthracite and biomass(sawdust)as raw material,potassium chlorate as oxidizer,PEG-600 and magnesium powder as additives,sodium humate and clay as organic and inorganic binder,respectively.The effects of sodium humate and clay contents on the compressive strength and falling strength of anthracite briquette and pure sawdust briquette were investigated.The results showed that when the contents of sodium humate and clay is 8%and 10%,the compressive strength and drop strength meet the requirements of MT/T748-2008 and MT/T925-2004.The calorific value of the prepared sawdust ignition briquette under optimum ratio condition can reach 20.06 MJ·kg^-1,the combustion time is more than 15 min,the sulfur content is 0.099%,and the ignition point is about 260℃,which meet the market requirements for ignition briquette.
