某院病区病床配置合理性探讨

Discussion on the Rationality of Hospital Bed Allocation in a Hospital Ward

目的了解某综合医院临床科室床位利用情况,为医院管理者提供科学依据。方法选取某院2019年1月1日-2019年12月31日住院医疗统计报表数据,全年出院总人次49 019人次等指标,采用Excel2007、SPSS25.0统计软件进行数据处理,利用病床工作效率指标计算各科室平均开放床位的95%置信区间,判断临床科室开放床位数是否在合理区间。结果 2019年某院平均开放床位数为1754张,实际占用床位总日数497 838,平均病床工作日283.8天,病床周转次数27.9次,病床使用率77.8%,病床工作效率7918。35个临床科室中5个临床科室设置比较合理,11个临床科室床位设置偏少,19个临床科室床位设置偏多,病床工作效率最低是核医学科99.9,最高是儿科16983。结论医院管理者定期分析床位利用情况,使现有的床位资源得到有效的利用,避免床位闲置造成医疗资源浪费,应提高医院社会经济效益。

Objectives To understand the utilization of clinical beds in a general hospital and provide scientific basis for hospital managers. Methods To select a hospital on January 1 st, 2019 to December 31 st, 2019 in the hospital medical statistics data, the annual discharge total 49 indexes of 019 person-time, adopt Excel2007, SPSS25.0 statistical software for data processing, sickbed work efficiency index was used to calculate each department open beds by an average of 95% confidence interval, to determine whether a clinical department open beds in a reasonable range. Results In 2019, the average number of open beds in a hospital was 1,754, the actual total number of days occupied by beds was 497,838, the average working days of beds were 283.8, the turnover times of beds was 27.9, the utilization rate of beds was 77.8%, and the working efficiency of beds was 7,918. Among the 35 clinical departments, 5 of them had reasonable settings, 11 of which had too few beds, and 19 of which had too many beds. With the lowest working efficiency of the beds being 99.9 in the nuclear medicine department, and the highest 16983 in the department of pediatrics. Conclusions The bed settings were generally unreasonable,It was suggested that hospital managers should analyze the utilization of beds regularly, so as to make effective use of the existing resources of beds, avoid the waste of medical resources caused by idle beds, and improve the social and economic benefits of hospitals.
