摘要
目的探讨远程影像双语教学在基层医院放射科中的应用价值。方法2018年12月1日-2020年1月31日,某院放射科晨读病例讨论采用师生联合授课的双语教学模式。某县医院放射科作为对口支援单位,利用同步远程视频系统听课247余次,共计185余小时。使用调查问卷,对基层医院19名放射医师的远程双语教学效果进行评估。结果19名认为远程影像教学可显著提升学习兴趣、知识理解及阅片能力;18名(94.74%)认为可显著提高学习效率、影像思维及报告书写能力。19名医师认为有必要开展双语教学,10名(52.63%)认为会增加学习负担,6名(31.58%)不能跟上教学进度。结论远程影像双语教学除提升基层医院放射医师的诊疗水平外,也为住院医师继续教育提供可参考的教学模式。
Objective To explore the effect of remote imaging bilingual teaching in the base-level hospital for radiologist.Methods The support of the remote imaging teaching model provided by our hospital’s radiology department,which called"residents bilingual introduction combined with senior radiologists teaching",to the radiologist of base-level hospital.Using synchronous remote video system to study lecture more than two hundred and forty-seven,a total of more than one hundred and eighty-five hours from December 2018 to January 2020.The subjects of this study were 19 radiologist in base-level hospital.The teaching results were assessed by questionnaires.Results Nineteen radiologist believed that"the remote imaging bilingual teaching"could significantly enhance the interest of learning,level of understanding and ability of diagnosis;18(94.74%)believed the teaching model could significantly improve the efficiency of learning,the way of thinking and reporting.19 doctors believed it was necessary to carry out the bilingual education;10(52.63%)doctors thought it added to the burden of learning,6(31.58%)peoples were not kept pace with the progress of teaching.Conclusions In addition to improving the ability of radiology diagnosis,the remote image teaching model also provided a reference for radiology residents continuing education.
