普米克令舒对急诊重症支原体肺炎患儿症状缓解的影响观察

Effect of Pulmicollinshu on Symptom Remission in Children with Acute Severe Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的观察普米克令舒对急诊重症支原体肺炎患儿症状缓解的影响。方法选择某院2018年3月1日-2019年5月31日急诊科收治的重症支原体肺炎患儿89例,采用数字表随机法分为2组,对照组44例给予抗菌药物治疗及对症支持治疗,观察组45例在加用普米克令舒雾化吸入,记录2组患儿发热消退时间、呼吸困难缓解时间、咳嗽缓解时间、肺啰音消失时间,并评价2组疗效。结果观察组发热消退时间、呼吸困难缓解时间、咳嗽缓解时间、肺啰音消失时间分别为(3.75±0.46)天、(3.96±0.74)小时、(4.52±0.83)天、(3.46±0.35)天,对照组分别为(5.42±0.88)天、(6.32±0.91)小时、(6.89±1.17)天、(5.03±1.17)天,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为97.78%,明显高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普米克令舒可促进急诊重症肺炎支原体肺炎患儿呼吸困难、咳嗽等症状的快速缓解,并缩短病程,提高疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of pulmicollinshu on symptom remission in children with acute severe mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP).Methods From March 2018 to May 2019 emergency department were 89 cases of children with severe pneumonia mycoplasma, by using digital table randomly divided into two groups, 44 cases were given antibacterial drugs and support therapy, observation group 45 cases on the basis of the added with Mick to pulmicollinshu atomization inhalation, records of two groups of children with fever subsided time, difficulty breathing, cough reduce time, lung sound disappear time, and evaluating the effect of two groups.Results Observation group fever subsided time, difficulty breathing, cough reduce time, lung sound disappear time respectively(3.75±0.46)days,(3.96±0.74)hours,(4.52±0.83) days,(3.46±0.35) days, the control group, respectively(5.42±0.88)days,(6.32±0.91)hours,(6.89±1.17) days,(5.03±1.17) days, was similar between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.78%, significantly higher that in the control group(81.82%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Pulmicollinshu could promote the rapid relief of dyspnea, cough and other symptoms in children with acute severe MPP, shorten the course of disease and improve the curative effect.
