摘要
船舶与海洋工程及石油化工中需要对使用的金属材料进行厚度检测,本文以LPC176832位ARM作为主核心控制器,采用超声波测量方式设计了一款测厚仪。该测厚仪采用触摸屏进行信息输入及数据显示,并带储存卡外设存储测量结果。实验结果证实该设计可以对厚度参数进行准确的检测,并具有操作方便,成本低等优点。
The thickness of metal materials used in marine engineering and petrochemical industry needs to be tested.A ultrasonic thickness gauge is designed based on LPC176832-bit ARM as the main core controller.Through the integrated design,a touch screen for information input and data display,with a memory card peripheral to store the measurement results,is combined together with the gauge.The experimental results confirm that the gauage can be accurately used to detect the thickness parameters,meanwhile,it has the advantages of convenient operation and low cost.
