摘要 深海变压器在水下工作过程中同时承受水压和热膨胀作用,其中热膨胀会导致绝缘油产生体积变化。通常情况下,令箱体内部压力稍高于外部压力,可以保证水下变压器正常运行。本文提出了一种使用波纹管对深海变压器进行压力补偿的方法,这种方法不仅能补偿不同水深下变压器受到的对应压力变化,同时也能补偿由于温度效应造成的绝缘油体积变化。使用焊接波纹管来对水下变压器进行压力补偿的方法已经通过工程应用验证。 deep-sea transformers are subjected to both water pressure and thermal expansion when under water,which would cause volume changes in insulating oil due to the thermal expansion.To ensure the normal operation of the underwater transformer,the internal pressure in oil tank is usually slightly higher than the external.In this paper,a method of using bellows for pressure compensation of deep-sea transformers is proposed,by which both changes in the corresponding pressure of transformers at different water depths and in the volume of insulating oil due to temperature effects can be compensated.The method of using welded bellows to compensate the pressure of underwater transformers has been verified by engineering applications.
