摘要
在产业融合、行业跨界和互联网+的新业态下,传统的人力资源服务模式已不能满足需求。通过对新业态下人力资源服务业现状的分析,提出人力资源服务业创新与发展的策略建议,为将来的研究提供参考。
In the new industry format of industry integration,industry cross-border and Internet Plus,the traditional human resources service model can no longer meet the demand.Through the analysis of the current situation of human resources service industry in the new format,this paper puts forward the strategic suggestions for the innovation and development of human resources service industry to provide reference for future research.
