摘要
某型飞机装用的左右两台国产某型起动机(以下简称"起动机")同时发生10秒保护停车故障,故障时机和现象一致,严重影响了飞机出动。由于飞机参数系统不记录起动机性能参数,导致故障查找和排除工作困难。通过起动机返厂故障验证和分解检查,成功定位故障源头,为此类故障提供了全新的排查思路。
The left and right starters(hereinafter referred to as "starters") installed in a certain type of aircraft have 10 seconds protection shutdown failure at the same time. The failure time and phenomenon are consistent, which seriously affects the aircraft departure. Because the aircraft parameter system does not record the starter performance parameters,it is difficult to find and remove the fault. Through the fault verification and decomposition inspection of the starter, the fault source is successfully located, which provides a new troubleshooting idea for this kind of fault.
