成人智慧学习空间:意涵、特征与构建 被引量:18

The Implication,Features and Construction of Smart Adult-Learning Space

摘要 成人是终身学习的主要参与者,构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系的现实需要使得成人学习空间建设成为重要话题。当前成人学习空间建设存在重物化、分散化、功能单一等问题,亟待融入智慧学习理念和智能信息技术,使之与成人学习的职业性、经验性、主动性和差异性相匹配,成为真正的成人智慧学习空间。成人智慧学习空间应当具备以学习者的学习体验为中心、支持便捷的交互和灵活的组件、较强的实用性和可靠性、较好的兼容性和开放性、支持更新迭代等特性,通过资源、数据、技术和服务等构成要素的有机整合,实现对成人智慧学习的支持和学习效果的提升。成人智慧学习空间的构建需要遵循注重系统化、全流程和模块化的顶层设计,将多类系统的智慧组合作为建设的核心机制,注重学习模式与学习空间的融合,强调对大数据的集成化应用等构建原则。在成人智慧学习空间的实际建设中,首先应当在理解其“智慧表征”的基础上将实现“智慧赋能”作为建设理念,再通过将建设理念符号化为建设蓝图、创建多主体参与的建设共同体、调动和整合各类资源、建立面向使用者的信息反馈机制的路径来达成建设目标。 Lifelong learners are mainly adult learners,thus it is the real demand of constructing national lifelong education system that makes the construction of adult-learning space a significant topic.Current adult-learning space attaches more importance to hardware and is decentralized with simplified function.It hungers for a theoretical core of smart learning and intelligent information technology,which will make itself worthy of the name by coping with the career,experience,initiative and difference of adult-learners.The smart adult-learning space aims to give support to smart adult learning and promote the learning effects by integrating the elements including resources,data,technology,services and so on.It is featured as being learner-centered,convenient interactions and flexible components,notably practicability and reliability,good compatibility and openness,and supporting updates.The construction of smart adult-learning space must keep in accordance with some principles including an overall design which is systematic,throughout the process and modularized,a core system smartly combined of various systems,an integration of learning mode and space,and the effective application of big data.During the constructing of smart adult-learning space,we must at first make the pursuit of smart empowerment as the construction concept based on the understanding of its smart features,and then achieve the construction goal by signifying conceptions with blueprints,building up a multi-constructer community,making effective use of various resources and setting up a feedback-collecting system.
