桂林瑶族与来宾瑶族成人身体成分分析

Body composition analysis of Guilin and Laibin Yao adults

为了解桂林瑶族与来宾瑶族成人的体成分,在广西桂林市和来宾市分别测量了537例(男性259例,女性278例)瑶族成人和658例(男性275例,女性383例)瑶族成人的19项体成分指标.对所得数据进行统计分析,结果表明:(1)桂林瑶族男性和来宾瑶族男性的身体脂肪分布特点相似,躯干脂肪率高于四肢脂肪率,桂林瑶族女性和来宾瑶族女性的身体脂肪分布特点也相似,体脂率较高,脂肪多分布于四肢.(2)2个族群男性的体脂率、四肢及躯干脂肪率均低于女性,总能量代谢、水分率、内脏脂肪等级均高于女性,男性脂肪多聚积在内脏,而女性四肢脂肪分布丰富;桂林瑶族男性除下肢肌肉量高于女性外,其他部位肌肉量和总肌肉量与女性的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),而来宾瑶族男性各部位肌肉量和总肌肉量均高于女性.(3)随着年龄增长,桂林和来宾瑶族的总能量代谢、总肌肉量和推定骨量均呈下降趋势,内脏脂肪等级和体脂率均呈上升趋势.(4)桂林瑶族的内脏脂肪等级、体脂率、BMI和四肢脂肪率均低于来宾瑶族,2个族群大多数部位肌肉量均接近.

In order to understand the body composition of Yao adults in Guilin and Laibin,19 body composition indices of 537 Yao adults in Guilin(259 males and 278 females)and 658 Yao adults in Laibin(275 males and 383 females)in Guangxi Province were measured.The data were analyzed statistically,and the results were as follows:(1)The body fat distribution of Yao males in Guilin is similar to Yao males in Laibin,and the percentages of trunk fat were higher than those of limbs fat.The body fat distribution of Yao females in Guilin was also similar to Yao females in Laibin,and the body fat percentages were higher and the fat dis-tributed more in the limbs.(2)For the two ethnic groups,the body fat percentages,and the percentages of limbs and trunk fat of males were lower than those of females,while the total energy metabolisms,percentages of body water and visceral fat levels of males were higher than those of females.The fat of males accumulated in viscera while the fat of females were abundant in the limbs.Except the lower limbs muscle mass of Yao males in Guilin were higher than those of Yao females,the differences in other parts muscle mass and total body muscle mass between males and females were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The all parts muscle mass and total body muscle mass of Yao males in Laibin were higher than those of Yao females.(3)The total energy metabolism,total body muscle mass and estimated bone mass of the two ethnic groups decreased with age,and the visceral fat level and body fat percentage increased with age.(4)The visceral fat level,body fat percentage,BMI and percentages of limbs fat of Yao in Guilin were lower than those of Yao in Laibin.The muscle mass in most parts of the two ethnic groups was close to each other.
