摘要
一、概述(一)定义慢性胃炎(chronic gastritis)是由多种病因引起的胃黏膜慢性炎症或萎缩性病变。本质是胃黏膜上皮反复受到损害使黏膜发生改变,最终导致不可逆的胃固有腺体的萎缩,甚至消失。该病易反复发作,不同程度地影响患者生命质量。
